二 | 区综合执法局农业执法大队渔政执法中队执法队员 张传好：发现是条鲸鱼，属于野生保护动物级别，我们向市总队汇报，市总队按照相关规定，联系上海自然博物馆，要求我们立即将鲸鱼拖回芦潮港码头。次日一早，市、区两级农业执法部门以及上海自然博物馆相关人员赶赴芦潮港码头，对死亡鲸鱼进行现场检查。这条鲸鱼体长约6米，体重约3吨，尸身完整，尚未腐烂，经现场专家初步鉴定为须鲸类幼体。
三 | 由于鲸鱼体积较大，在起吊上岸后，当天将其运输至相关区域给予解剖处理，肌肉和内脏无害化处理后，留存皮张和骨骼。据了解，须鲸是仅次于蓝鲸的世界第二大动物，别名为黑板须鲸。鲸目鲸科须鲸属动物，中国国家二级保护动物，须鲸分布于亚洲，在中国分布于黄海、东海、南海等海域。须鲸类动物的体形巨大，最小的种类体长也大于6米。其口中没有牙齿，只有在胚胎发育时可以看到退化的牙齿，但上颌左右两侧的腭部至咽部各生有150~400枚呈梳齿状排列的角质须。犹如巨大的毛发，与面部的绝大多数毛发一样。它们的“毛牙”能够捕获猎物。大多数须鲸都在1至3月份时于温、热带海域繁衍后代，雌兽妊娠期10～11个月，幼仔出生时体长4.5～4.8米，哺乳期约半年。8岁性成熟，寿命一般可以活到几十年到一百年。
